School Of Leadership Development Vision

In an age and society where mediocrity seems increasingly "en vogue" we believe God is rising up a new generation of young men and women who are ready and willing to be totally SOLD OUT to God's purposes. Young people characterized by "an excellent spirit" that pervades every aspect of their lives, and commends them to stations of leadership and influence in any niche or sector of society! It is our vision to train and mentor these young men and women, and to facilitate their advancement into positions of influence in their churches, their chosen field of vocation, their communities, and the spiritual, political, economic, and social infra-structures of the kingdoms of the world! We believe that this can only be accomplished as "the spirit of Elijah," spoken of in Malachi 4:6, turns "the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers." As we join the strength and zeal of the next generation with the wisdom and experience of their natural and spiritual fathers, we believe that we will see a host of young men and woman raised up that will be the "movers and shakers" of their day and will turn this upside down world right side up for God!
